Deposits & Cancellations 

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 

- Your deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service. 

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 

- Due to the nature of our services and hygienic standards, all sales are final once a service has been rendered or a product has been purchased.

Rescheduling 

- If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance using the booking link provided. Your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment. 

- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Group Appointments 

- When booking for two guests, please ensure that each guest is scheduled separately with their own service provider to avoid unnecessary wait times. 

- For groups of three or more, please contact the salon directly so we can coordinate and accommodate your party.

Food & Beverages

- No Food is permitted on the salon floor. Drinks are allowed.

No Show Fee

- A No Show Fee equal to the amount of the service that was booked will be charged to the card on file upon a No Show. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid this fee.  * This applies to the services provided at the beauty bar.
